Non-Profit Rate: $35.00 per sq. ft.

Affiliate Non-Profit: $25.00 per sq. ft.

Deposit and Payment Schedule

Through April 8, 2026: 50% Due Upon Receipt

After April 8, 2026: 100% Due for All Application

ACOI requires payment in full no later than April 9, 2026.

Cancellation Penalties

Through April 8, 2026… 50% Penalty

After April 8, 2026… 100% Penalty
